First Prototype of Botepee Successfully Completed

We are excited to announce that the first working version of Botepee has been successfully completed.

Botepee was developed as part of our diploma project at HTL Rennweg in Vienna. As both fencers and engineering students, our goal was to explore how robotics can support and improve modern fencing training.

The first version of the robot combines mechanical components, electronic control systems and custom software to simulate fencing movements and training scenarios. This initial prototype demonstrates the core concept of the project and shows how technology can be used to create new training possibilities for athletes.

Developing Botepee required many hours of designing, building and testing. From constructing the mechanical parts to programming the electronics, every step brought us closer to creating a functioning training robot.

With the first version now completed, the next phase of the project will focus on testing, improvements and further development of the system.

We are excited to see how Botepee will evolve and how robotics can contribute to the future of fencing training.

Stay tuned for more updates as the project continues.
